Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 3 days of your initial subscription payment
  • You have not exceeded reasonable usage limits (more than 50 AI queries in the refund window)
  • Your account is in good standing (not suspended for policy violations)

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@sovereignally.com with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email and the reason for your request
  3. We will process your refund within 5 business days
  4. Refunds are returned to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal)

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Renewal charges after the first billing cycle (monthly renewals are non-refundable)
  • Requests made more than 3 days after payment
  • Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
  • Partial-month usage (we do not prorate refunds)

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional fees from the payment processor.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. The refund will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
