Your chat conversations and case information are stored securely in our database. Chat data may be used to improve AI response quality in anonymized, aggregated form. We do not sell your personal case information or chat history to third parties. Your data is yours — you can request deletion at any time.
When you accept our legal disclaimer, we record your acceptance with a timestamp and your account details. This record is maintained for our protection and yours — to document that you understood the educational, non-legal-advice nature of our platform. This record may be relevant if any dispute arises.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (a) service providers who help us operate the platform (database hosting, payment processing, email services); (b) law enforcement if required by valid legal process; (c) in connection with a merger or acquisition, with your data protections maintained.
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your credit card numbers or bank account details. All payment data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors. We only store transaction records (amount, date, plan purchased) for your account history.
We implement industry-standard security measures: HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, bcrypt password hashing, secure database hosting via Supabase, and JWT-based authentication with expiring tokens. However, no system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.

We use minimal cookies for authentication (your login session token) and basic analytics. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may prevent login from functioning.
Sovereign Ally is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
